Who we are

This policy explains how Higher Ed Med handles your information when you contact us, fill in one of our forms, or text us.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number and email address when you give them to us, what you tell us about your request, and the messages you exchange with us.

How we use it

To answer your request, follow up about it, and arrange a time to talk or meet if you ask. We do not use it to send unrelated marketing texts.

Text messages

We text you only after you give us your number and agree to receive texts from Higher Ed Med, or after you text us first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Some replies may be written with help from software.

Sharing

Service providers that send our messages and store our records process your information only to provide that service to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
